Delivery Time

City Scene Bird Toys makes every effort to ship all orders in 2 business days or less.  Most orders are shipped via UPS (except by special arrangements).  Some small items may be sent by USPS.

Calculating Cost

For most items, the shipping cost is dependent on the dollar value of your order.  Please refer to the table below for standard shipping charges:

Please also note that some very large items will incur an additional shipping & handling fee.  You will see the extra charge added to the order at time of checkout.

RETURNS

City Scene Bird Toys does not allow returns on toys.  Once an item is shipped, we have no control over what comes in contact with that toy.  A number of avian infectious diseases are spread by airborne particles which could be introduced to another bird via a contaminated toy.  The same holds true for household contaminants (i.e. nicotine, chemicals, etc.).

We pride ourselves on our quality control and feel that we have one of the safest toy lines in the marketplace. We will not compromise the trust that our loyal customers have placed in us. If you have questions about a toy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
